OSDC worked with Vinton County National Bank, a division of Park National Bank, to secure an SBA 504 loan to help CAM Logistics purchase a new warehouse in Lancaster, OH. This investment helped them buy a building they were previously leasing and preserve business cash with a lower down payment compared to traditional lending options.
