We make it easy! In most cases, OSDC will work with your lender to collect all the information we need to process your loan request. OSDC will prepare the necessary application forms for your review and signature so that you don’t need to spend your time giving us the same information you gave to your bank or credit union. We only ask that each guarantor on the loan request complete a short, 2-page intake form and we will take it from there.

  • History & Description of Business
  • Project Description
  • Cost Documents (Purchase Agreement, Construction Estimates, etc.)
  • 3 years of personal tax returns for all 20%+ owners
  • Personal Financial Statement for all 20%+ owners
  • 3 years of business tax returns
  • Interim Business financial statements dated within 90 days
  • Business Debt Schedule
  • Accounts Receivable Aging and Accounts Payable Aging Schedules
  • 2 years Financial Projections (if applicable)
  • 1st year Financial Projections by month (if new business)
  • 3 years of business tax returns and debt schedules for any affiliated businesses
