Modo Yoga Columbus is an independently operated franchise of Modo Yoga International, providing a variety of community-driven yoga classes. Modo Yoga Columbus opened its first franchise in Grandview in 2015 and expanded to a second location in Clintonville in 2024 to better serve its growing number of students in the Columbus region. 

OSDC worked with Park National Bank to secure an SBA 504 loan to assist Modo Yoga Columbus in purchasing a second location and completing necessary renovations. The loan provided a low down payment and fixed rate terms to help the business thrive in its expanded location while also preserving business cash to hire additional employees.
