Wishmaker House is an upscale bed and breakfast with a full restaurant and an onsite winery in the heart of Bellville, OH. Originally built in 1890 as the home of a prominent local physician, the building has historic significance in the community and was transformed into Wishmaker House in 2010. 

OSDC worked with First Knox National Bank, a division of Park National Bank to secure an SBA 504 loan to help new owners buy the business from the original bed and breakfast founders. The investment helped Wishmaker House expand their wine making operations and provide additional restaurant offerings to the community.
