OSDC is proud to have partnered with Heartland Bank to provide an SBA 504 loan to Edgework Creative, a custom furniture manufacturer in Columbus. OSDC and Heartland helped Edgework Creative purchase a new building for their growing business and complete renovations to include a proper shop, office space, and warehouse.
