OSDC Announces Mark Klettlinger as new Director of Lending

Ohio Statewide Development Corporation Welcomes Mark Klettlinger as New Director of Lending

 

COLUMBUS  –  The Ohio State Development Corporation (OSDC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Klettlinger as the new Director of Lending. Most recently, Mark served at Heartland Bank as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager overseeing a portfolio of hundreds growing small businesses in the central Ohio region. He has also held key positions at Fifth Third Bank, PNC, and National City Bank. With over 18 years in the banking industry, Mark brings a wealth of experience in commercial lending and a passion for supporting small businesses. His deep understanding of SBA 504 and Ohio 166 loan programs and his commitment to economic development make him a valuable addition to the OSDC team.

Mark envisions his role at OSDC as an opportunity to streamline the underwriting process, expand the organization’s network, and enhance OSDC’s reputation as a top small business lender in Ohio. His immediate focus will be on working with OSDC’s banking partners to better serve small business owners and help them access OSDC’s lending programs.

Mark leads a dynamic lending team strategically working across Ohio: 

Alonzo Mckenzie is based in Lancaster, Ohio, and comes to OSDC from the Ohio Department of Development where he managed the Regional 166 Direct Loan Program. He was a small business lender at ECDI and several other banks. He is a veteran of the U.S. Airforce and has a passion for helping veterans start and grow businesses. 

Joe Perry is based in Mt. Vernon, Ohio, and comes to OSDC with significant underwriting expertise in the commercial and residential mortgage industries. Originally from Appalachia, Joe’s Ohio roots run deep and he’s proud to help businesses across the state take advantage of OSDC’s low-cost financing programs. 

Josh Casper is based in Columbus, Ohio, and comes to OSDC after a successful career in central Ohio’s affordable housing industry. He’s worked for non-profit housing developers using low income housing tax credits and understands why decreasing the cost of capital for borrowers helps to spur greater investment in our local economy.
