Upper Cup Coffee is a wholesale coffee roaster and distributor that also has two café locations in Olde Towne East and Gahanna.  As the business continued to grow, Upper Cup Coffee saw an opportunity to consolidate their warehousing operations, invest in a larger warehouse, and transition away from renting space. 

OSDC worked with Liberty National Bank to help Upper Cup Coffee secure an SBA 504 loan to purchase a new commercial warehouse building and an additional coffee roaster. The loan helped the business secure a low downpayment, gain equity in the warehouse property, and preserve business cash to prepare for future growth and expansion of the business.
