The Hance Group is a Central Ohio residential real estate agency based in Lewis Center and founded in 2021 by Matt Hance. The Hance Group has partnered with EXP Realty, a nationwide real estate brokerage company, to serve Central Ohio.  

OSDC partnered with KEMBA Financial Credit Union to help The Hance Group secure an SBA 504 loan to purchase and renovate the 2,560 square foot property they had been leasing space from since shortly after the company’s inception.  This acquisition allowed the business to reduce their rental expenses and gain equity in the property for the business.
