Minelli’s Pizza is a well-known family restaurant serving traditional “Columbus style” thin crust, square-cut pizza, along with a selection of pasta, subs, and salads. Minnelli’s is known for good food at a reasonable price and both their dough and pasta are made fresh in-house each day.  

OSDC worked with Heartland Bank to secure an SBA 504 loan to help Minelli’s Pizza purchase the three-unit retail building they had been leasing for many years. The loan helped them decrease rental expenses while also gaining equity in the building and creating a new business asset.
