Kiwi’s Clubhouse is a childcare provider with locations in Lewis Center and Gahanna, Ohio that has been in operation for 17 years, serving the greater Columbus metropolitan area.  They provide flexible daycare options including part-time and full-time childcare for children from 8 weeks to 10 years old.  Their model provides flexibility to meet the needs of many parents working part-time, split shifts, irregular hours, or seasonal jobs. They also provide preschool and summer camp programming. 

OSDC worked with Civista Bank to help Kiwi’s Clubhouse secure an SBA 504 loan to purchase the Lewis Center location they had been leasing, allowing the company to significantly reduce rental expenses and gain equity in the property.
