OSDC partnered with Park National Bank to help KEM secure an SBA 504 loan to expand their existing office space by adding 2,400 additional square feet of space, as well as constructing a new 4,000 square foot garage for their vehicles and equipment on a vacant lot across the street from their existing facilities, allowing future growth for the company.
