Dean Orthodontics is a well-respected orthodontics provider with a strong community reputation and two offices in Ohio; the main office located in Zanesville and a satellite office located in Cambridge, Ohio.  They have been in operations since 2012, providing corrective orthodontic services such as braces, surgical orthodontics, palatal expanders and diode laser treatment. 

OSDC partnered with Peoples Bank to help Dean Orthodontics secure an SBA 504 loan to purchase land and construct a new main orthodontics office closer to Zanesville, Ohio which allowed them to not only expand their practice and serve more clients, but also build equity in the new property.
