Crooked Can Brewery is located in Old Hilliard, a historic neighborhood in the greater Columbus region. They replaced a former NAPA Auto Parts store with a new 16,000 square foot building that includes a brewery facility, tap room and party room along with space for ten food/artisan vendors, and a community courtyard area that features recreational outdoor space, ample seating and a playground area. 

OSDC worked with Telhio Credit Union to help Crooked Can secure an SBA 504 loan to construct the new building and facilities, helping the company to gain equity in the property. An additional SBA 504 loan was secured through OSDC and Telhio to purchase brewery equipment for the facility, which allowed the business to create their product and help preserve business cash.
