OSDC worked with PNC Bank to secure an SBA 504 loan to help CleanTurn Internal LLC purchase a building they were previously leasing in the Franklinton neighborhood near downtown Columbus. The loan helped them purchase their building along with adjacent property to help manage their expansion.
