Irving Equipment, LLC is a family-owned assembler, fabricator, and manufacturer of heavy equipment located in Tiffin, OH. Established in 2003, Irving Equipment manufactures, sells, repairs, and services concrete pump trucks and truck-mounted cranes. 

OSDC worked with Irving Equipment to provide them with two different loans. The first loan was through the Ohio 166 Regional Direct Loan Program to help finance the purchase and renovation of a new building to house their growing renovations. For the second loan, OSDC worked with National Bank of Bellevue to secure an SBA 504 loan to finance a 7,300 square foot office addition to their building.
