MRB Landscaping & Maintenance provides lawn and landscaping services to residential clients and landscaping and janitorial services to commercial clients in Northeast Ohio. Since its founding in 2014, the business has leased warehouse space for its vehicles, equipment, and inventory.  

To support the business’s continued growth and expansion, the owners worked with First Citizens Bank & Trust and OSDC to facilitate the purchase of real estate and a warehouse. Through the SBA 504 Program, the business was able to lower its costs compared to their monthly rental payments, which allowed them to invest in a larger warehouse. This investment also helps to expand jobs and opportunities in a rural county in Ohio.
