OSDC worked with Buckeye State Bank to secure an SBA 504 loan so that JLD Construction could purchase their first office building and equipment storage site. The SBA loan provided a low down payment and fixed interest rate so that JLD Construction could preserve business cash as they rapidly expand and hire new employees.
