Mode Architects is a full-service architecture firm started in 2008 and located in Groveport, Ohio.  Their services include architectural planning, interior design, space planning and branded environments, with a focus on office, bar/restaurant, healthcare and parking garage projects.   

OSDC worked with Park National Bank to help Mode secure an Ohio Regional 166 Loan through the Ohio Department of Development, allowing them to purchase and renovate a former church in Groveport, Ohio for their offices, allowing them adequate space to expand their business and capacity, while also gaining equity in the property.
