Dankhouse Brewing Company is a craft brewery and tap room located in Newark, Ohio.  Founded in 2017, Dankhouse has been providing quality craft beer to the residents of Newark and the surrounding area, winning major accolated from national brewing publications. 

OSDC partnered with The Community Bank to help Dankhouse secure an SBA 504 loan to purchase the existing 8-acre property, including a 4,824 square foot building and 2,000 square foot patio that they had been leasing. The acquisition allowed them to gain equity in the property and create a valuable asset for the business.
