The Learning Spectrum, formed in 2005, is a company based in Ohio with three schools covering the greater Columbus area: Worthington, Johnstown and Canal Winchester.  They provide specialized learning opportunities for children with special needs and autism, designed to meet the needs of these children in and out of a school setting. 

OSDC worked with Chase Bank to help The Learning Spectrum secure an SBA 504 loan to purchase the land and existing building for their Worthington location as well as make necessary renovations for operations. This acquisition allowed The Learning Spectrum to incorporate their prior Worthington therapeutic services and learning facilities into one location, expand their services to their clients by hiring more teaching staff and occupational therapists, and gain equity in the property.
