Magnetic Marketing Solutions dba Decal Impressions is a print-service-provider sign company located in Lebanon, Ohio.  Decal Impressions has been in operation for over 50 years and specializes in mesh and vinyl banners, decals, trade show displays, vehicle graphics, real estate and political signs and offset and digital printing.   

OSDC partnered with Centerbank to help Decal Impressions secure an SBA 504 loan to purchase an existing 5-acre commercial real estate property that houses Magnet Technology, Inc. The property includes a 20,000 square foot light industrial/manufacturing facility, consisting of over 4,000 square feet of office space and nearly 16,000 square feet of manufacturing space as well as a shipping dock.  This acquisition allows the company to self-manufacture their current magnet advertising products and signs, as well as gain equity in the property and create an asset for the business.
