Zip Tool & Die is a family-owned business founded in1968. The company is a one-stop shop, specializing in high-quality and value-added Engineering, Prototyping, Metal Forming, Metal Stamping and Tool & Die solutions.  

OSDC worked with Buckeye Community Bank to utilize the Ohio 166 Regional Direct Loan Program to help finance the purchase of the business from the original owners. Loan proceeds were used to acquire the business, real estate, machinery and equipment, and helped the new owners retain all existing employees.
