Northstar Café is a fast casual restaurant that uses certified organic foods and ingredients and makes sauces and breads from scratch on site. There are six Northstar Café locations across Ohio. The restaurants have received numerous awards for best restaurant, best dishes, and excellence in architecture, among many others. 

OSDC worked with PNC Bank to secure an SBA 504 loan to help purchase an existing building in Uptown Westerville and conduct extensive renovations. The loan helped Northstar Café preserve a culturally relevant building in the community and finance the necessary renovations to meet the requirements of the Uptown Westerville special improvement district.
