The Ohio Statewide Development Corporation (OSDC) is a private, non-profit corporation that provides financing to Ohio small businesses by acting as an agent or conduit for public financing programs.

OSDC is a Certified Development Company (CDC) licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide low-cost, long-term SBA 504 loans to eligible small businesses in Ohio. OSDC is also an Ohio 166 Regional Loan Administrator as designated by the Ohio Department of Development.
