Through the VetLoan Advantage Program, all OSDC loans to small businesses with veteran ownership of 50% or more will have their Application Fee waived and receive a rebate of up to $3,000 on their appraisal as a thank you for their service.

Note:  When applying for the VetLoan Advantage Program, we will need a copy of your DD214 Certificate of Release or Discharge From Active Duty – the report of separation form issued when leaving the military.  For further information, go to Military Status and Verification.
