Har Bhatnagar has owned and operated hotels in Ohio since 1983.  Har’s electrical engineering degree and experience were invaluable to ensuring his success in lodging construction and operations.

Har’s new hotel is a ground up construction of a 118 room Springhill Suites by Marriott on a 2.037 acre site that is an out parcel to the Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek. Ohio Statewide Development Corporation provided an SBA 504 loan and partnered with Citizens National Bank to provide an attractive financing package for this project.
